Environmental Policy
Manage the impact of operations on the environment so as to:

Assess the impact of our business activities on the environment and ensure compliance with all environmental laws;

Assess the potential environmental impacts of all proposed new developments or changes to existing operations to protect the environment and ensure compliance with environmental laws;

Design products in such a way as to minimise their environmental effects in production, use and disposal;

Use resources wisely by minimising waste, recycling and using energy efficiently;

Adopt sound procedures, work practices and education to ensure environmental awareness by employees and compliance to Goanna Earthmoving policy, and environmental laws;

Consult where necessary with authorities on environmental issues;

Where necessary communicate with appropriate community groups and be responsive to changes in community expectations;

Undertake the restoration of any area disturbed by company activities in a socially responsible manner;

Monitor client activities to ensure our workers are not being subjected or forced to undertake environmental breaches.
